Payments Postage and Returns
Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal.
You can make payment for your purchases by credit or debit card through paypal (even if you do not have a Paypal account). This means that all payments are processed securely and we do not have any access to your personal banking information.

We try to be fair with our postage charges so we offer a variety of postal services depending on your needs.

Where possible we try to do our bit for the environment and recycle external packaging as much as possible.
We hope that you are going to love your purchases from Georgianna. We ask that you please check all items upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone. If the item is damaged or faulty then we will replace or refund the item.
If you would like to return an unwanted item, please contact us via telephone 07979199151 within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Items are tagged for security, please do not remove these. We will only accept returns if these tags are still in place.
Once authorised please send items back in original box and packaging, once these items are received in resalable unworn condition a refund will be submitted.
Earrings are exempt from this policy unless they have a manufacturing fault.
We recommend recorded delivery and secure packaging to ensure safe transit.
Please note that refunds will not be given until the item has been received back to us.
